IDR is seeking a Onboarding Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Lehi, UT. This role is part of a dynamic Talent and Culture organization within a growing industry. The position focuses on managing the full onboarding lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and compliant start for new hires across multiple roles and regions.
Position Overview for the Onboarding Coordinator:
Manage and guide candidates through the entire onboarding process, providing support and troubleshooting in SuccessFactors
Oversee background checks and drug screens, follow up with candidates, and manage adverse action procedures
Review and validate onboarding data for accuracy, compliance, and consistency with hiring requirements
Partner with recruiters, HR, and business leaders to resolve onboarding issues and keep hiring timelines on track
Support updates to onboarding processes, tools, and documentation, driving adoption of new workflows
Requirements for the Onboarding Coordinator:
High school diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related operations support
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS/ATS is a plus
