Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Sr. Tableau Developer:Design and develop advanced Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations aligned to business requirements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
Seamlessly integrate Tableau with various data sources such as Snowflake and troubleshoot any technical issues.
Analyze large, complex, and multi-dimensional datasets to extract meaningful insights and optimize data queries for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to capture and rationalize requirements and independently lead the delivery of solutions.
Promote best practices in Tableau development and data visualization across the organization.
Required Skills for Sr. Tableau Developer:
7+ years of experience in Tableau, including creating advanced dashboards, reports, and a solid understanding of design principles and best practices.
Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and working with relational databases/data warehouses such as Snowflake.
Solid understanding of Tableau security and governance standards.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
