• Assist in the configuration, customization, and deployment of Ivalua solutions (upstream and/or downstream)

• Support project teams in requirements gathering, solution design, and testing efforts

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business needs and technical feasibility

• Participate in data migration, interface design, and end-user training sessions

• Work with senior consultants or architects to develop functional specifications and support technical development

• Troubleshoot issues and assist in post-go-live support and system enhancements

Required Skills for Ivalua Consultant:

• L3 Certified in Ivalua (required)

• 0-3 years of experience in Ivalua implementation or related procurement/supply chain systems

• Understanding of procurement lifecycle processes (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, P2P)

• Basic knowledge of system integration principles (REST/SOAP APIs, flat files, SFTP, etc.)

• Familiarity with SQL and data structures is a plus

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
