Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Product Owner:

• Define and communicate the strategic vision and roadmap for FCC products, ensuring alignment with industry trends, regulatory changes, and customer needs.

• Conduct market analysis to identify customer challenges, emerging risks, and competitive positioning in the FCC space.

• Ensure product features align with FCC regulations and compliance requirements.

• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing feature development in line with client priorities and business objectives.

• Act as the primary liaison between customers, development teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate use cases, and ensure seamless product delivery.

Required Skills for Product Owner:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

• 6+ years of product management experience in FCC, AML, fraud detection, or regulatory technology (RegTech).

• Strong understanding of financial crime risk management, AML solutions, and transaction monitoring platforms.

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as BSA, AMLD, KYC, and sanctions compliance.

• Proven experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey product vision, requirements, and strategic roadmaps.
