Position Responsibilities:

• Be the primary contact between People team stakeholders and IT ServiceNow platform team, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Partner with People stakeholders to identify pain points and drive efficiency improvements within HRSD.
• Gather, analyze, and translate HR business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Supervise Solution Architecture and Implementation, ensuring business requirements are aligned to HRSD solutions and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with People team leadership and the ServiceNow Product Lead to define and maintain a HRSD roadmap.

Required Skills:

• At least 5+ years experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Excellent remote working skills.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD module and understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Knowledge of Employee Lifecycle Management and HR Case Management.
• Understanding of HR Operations and HR service delivery models.
