The end client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas for this position; all parties authorized to work in the US without sponsorship are encouraged to apply.*  Responsibilities of the Reliability Engineer:

• Work with a variety of plant teams to find, evaluate, and deploy improvements for operating and maintenance procedures, and equipment enhancements.
• Use root cause analysis methods on issues and failures related to machine downtime/expense.
• Assist in selecting and deploying new equipment and use Reliability centered maintenance (RCM) to optimize equipment maintenance strategy.
• Monitor equipment MTTR and MTBF performance.

Required Skills for the Reliability Engineer:

• 3+ years of experience in Reliability Engineering and Root Cause Analysis.
• Must have Bachelors in Engineering
• Domestic travel up to 25%
