Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Manager Financial Services and Process Improvement:

• Lead and manage financial services and process improvement initiatives within the healthcare setting

• Develop, facilitate, and educate the team on process development strategies

• Utilize microcomputer applications, including Microsoft Office applications, to streamline operations

• This is a direct hire position requiring a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or a related field

   

Required Skills for Manager Financial Services and Process Improvement:

• Minimum of three to five years of healthcare experience in management, operations improvement, PMO, or health care consulting

• Previous supervisory and/or consulting management experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong communication and leadership skills
