  Business System Analyst I Position Overview

This company is seeking a Business System Analyst I to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing business systems and processes, documenting requirements, and addressing process improvements. The Business System Analyst I will be responsible for data mapping, documentation of system integration metadata, and touchpoints necessary for implementation. Strong knowledge of project planning and execution, using tools such as MS Project, is required. The Business System Analyst I will also need to have a basic understanding of SQL and table querying for use in documenting data requirements.

Required Skills for Business System Analyst I

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 0-2 or more years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of requirements documentation tools such as Visio, Word, Excel, Jira, and/or Azure DevOps
• Ability to obtain a Scrum Master certification
• Understanding of analysis and software development lifecycle methodologies
• Strong presentation, facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills

Location

This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates located in Sparks, NV if possible.

Compensation: $30-32/hour
