Job Description: Maintenance Systems Reliability Engineer

Location: Carrollton, GA (Initial remote work possible)

Summary:

We are seeking a Maintenance Systems Reliability Engineer to drive and support the implementation of reliability best practices across manufacturing sites. The role involves evaluating and deploying new technologies to enhance equipment reliability and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support improvement initiatives based on a Reliability and Maintainability Roadmap.
  • Develop and train plant reliability engineers; support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes.
  • Optimize preventive maintenance and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Act as a CMMS subject matter expert; guide teams on policies and procedures.
  • Provide solutions and manage projects to improve reliability and maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment with a focus on reliability.
  • Proficiency in FMECA, RCA, RCM, and TPM methodologies.
  • Experience with condition-based technologies (e.g., vibration, thermal, ultrasonic analysis).
  • Strong knowledge of planning and scheduling in CMMS.
