AEM React Developer Terms: All Capgemini contracts are ongoing with a right to hire after 3 months. Conversion at 90 days is rare and pre-specified by Capgemini, but the right to hire remains in place. Target Pay Rate: $63/hr C2C Location:  Seattle, WA Work schedule details: Onsite Details: AEM SPA knowledge must! Responsibilities • Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using ReactJS, adhering to the Airbnb React/JSX Style Guide. • integrating with AEM Content Fragments via GraphQL and REST APIs. • Instrument React applications with the Adobe Universal Editor for headless/headful content editing, ensuring seamless integration with AEM. • Build custom applications and extensions using Adobe AEM App Builder to manage content fragments and enhance user experiences. • Collaborate with backend teams to integrate with Node.js/Express servers and Apigee APIs • Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment within an Agile environment, utilizing monitoring tools like Application Insights and Splunk. Required Skills and Qualifications • Languages/Frameworks: o Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) and ReactJS. o Knowledge of Node.js and Express for backend integration. o Experience with Next.js (SSR/SSG) is a strong plus. • AEM Expertise: o Hands-on experience with AEM Content Fragments, GraphQL, and REST APIs. o Proficiency with Adobe Universal Editor for content editing in React apps. o Familiarity with Adobe AEM App Builder for custom app development. • Tools & Technologies: o Adherence to Airbnb React/JSX Style Guide o Experience with Azure cloud services (App Services) and Akamai CDN. o Understanding of API consumption (GraphQL, RESTful, OAuth). • Skills: o Strong CSS/HTML skills for responsive and accessible design. o Ability to debug, optimize, and test frontend performance. o Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. o Preferable skills in server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using frameworks like Next.js, • Soft Skills: o Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. o Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to new tools.
