Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Community Manager II:
- Work with the VALORANT Publishing team to execute campaigns, support efforts, and roll-out projects that support the VALORANT Mobile community
- Manage direct-to-player communications, including patch notes, social media platforms, and scripted videos
- Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Influencer, Social, and PR teams to champion player-first ideas and build globally integrated campaigns and strategies
- Serve as the voice of players to product teams throughout campaign marketing and live-service operations
- Provide insight and recommendations directly to developers to engage with players and the VALORANT community
- This is a contract position through 12/8/2025
Required Skills for Community Manager II:
- 3+ years' experience working in and managing online communities (including social media, digital marketing, and influencer strategies) in the mobile gaming space, with a top 100 grossing title
- Experience with social and sentiment metrics reporting in the mobile space and the ability to coalesce and summarize results and learnings for an executive audience
- Experience with community best practices, including communication strategies, user acquisition, and driving users through the funnel
- Experience collaborating on projects from kickoff to execution
