Data Systems Analyst Terms: All Capgemini contracts are ongoing with a right to hire after 3 months. Conversion at 90 days is rare and pre-specified by Capgemini, but the right to hire remains in place. Target Pay Rate: $52/hr C2C Location: Minneapolis, MN Work schedule details: Hybrid – Face to Face Interview Required Details: Required Skills: Experience performing Systems Analyst role in Data Management • Strong analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills • Gather and document requirements for data catalog / metadata for Snowflake ingestion • Experience working with business / product owner and data architect to define data source, data lineage, data domain, mapping, etc. • Experience working with data engineers on implementing data ingestion and data domain in Snowflake • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Deep understanding & knowledge about relational database with sufficient ability to write SQL query for performing data analysis • Experience with prior Snowflake Data Lakehouse experience and Financial Industry domain is a plus You can have years of experience as 7 – 10 years.
