Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Project Manager:

• Lead the execution of high-quality and timely email campaigns and assets across various production teams.

• Obtain creative assets from internal creative agency and prepare them for handoff to development teams.

• Oversee and execute multiple concurrent campaigns.

• Coordinate simultaneous deployments of different work types for campaigns.

• Clearly communicate project needs and deliverables to stakeholders.

• Perform quality checks and approve final assets for go-to-market deployments.

• Partner with channel production teams to improve processes and reduce friction.

Required Skills for Project Manager:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a marketing context with 5-10 years of experience. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns.

• Strong understanding of email campaign execution and asset management.

• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and reduce friction within production teams.

• Learning agility and ability to rapidly understand newly presented information.

• Risk and change management skills, with the ability to make prompt, clear decisions.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
