Client Support Specialist IDR’s largest client is looking for an IT support Specialist to join their team in the Atlanta area! This is a hybrid role after 90 days.   Responsibilities of the Client Support Specialist:
  • Provide technical support to end users within the organization
  • Test emerging new technologies and train end users on these technologies
  • Working hands on with network troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Implement best practices for IT service management
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues
Required Skills/Experience of the Client Support Specialist:
  • 5+ years’ experience with hands on technical support
  • Extensive experience providing trouble shooting skills remotely, in person, and via the phone
  • Strong experience with MS Intune and SCCM
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow
  • Work within an SLA driven incident management workflow
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral equipment
