Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Data Migration Specialist:

 
  • Work closely with our client's team to migrate finance data effectively and efficiently

  • Utilize ETL tools and integrate with third-party systems

  • Analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and governance

  • Mentor and guide other team members on data-related topics

Required Skills for Workday Consultant: 

 
  • Workday Data Migration Expertise – Strong experience in migrating Finance data within Workday.

  • ETL Tools Proficiency – Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Workday Studio).

  • Integration Experience – Proven ability to integrate Workday with 3rd-party systems using EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and Workday Studio.

  • Data Analysis Tools – Proficient with tools and techniques for data extraction, transformation, and loading, as well as data validation.

  • Data Warehousing and Mining – Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and mining methodologies.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex data information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement changes.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Ability to mentor and guide other team members on data-related topics.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Data Governance: Understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
  • Data Quality: Knowledge of data quality assessment and profiling techniques.
