IDR is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Income Tracking Coordinator to join one of our top clients in Santa Monica, CA. This role involves maintaining an up-to-date tracking record for all third-party licensing, reconciling deal tracking records, and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders to collect unpaid monies. • Maintaining an up-to-date tracking record for all third-party licensing, including updating the tracking system of terms and release dates

• Assisting in finding and downloading royalty statements from third-party labels as related to our licenses

• Reconciling the deal tracking record to identify outstanding payments

• Interfacing and communicating both internally and externally to collect unpaid monies

• Maintaining and organizing files, including all relevant correspondence in the computer-based licensing system

Required Skills for Income Tracking Coordinator :

• Ability to work under time constraints and multi-task effectively

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

• Interest in process improvement and automation

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Experience in income tracking, unpaid collections, tracking 3rd party and vendor payments, working with royalties and licenses, and within the music/entertainment industry
