IDR is seeking a dynamic and experienced DOORS Admin to join one of our top clients in Huntsville, AL or Colorado Springs, CO. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the DOORS Admin E3:

• Perform DOORS administration across multiple sites, including module creation and synchronization, and DOORS report generation

• Coordinate Element Specification (ES), including conducting internal CCB and maintaining various ES formats in DOORS

• Support BMD XML Specification initiatives, including technical performance measures

• Contribute to the development of a browser-accessible interface for presenting DOORS requirements data

• This is a full-time position requiring U.S. Citizenship due to security clearance and government/federal contracts held by our client

Required Skills for DOORS Admin E3:

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the development, integration, and support of large-scale Command & Control, and Battle Management Systems. A Master's degree and 2 years of experience may be substituted

• Secret Clearance Required 

• Ability to analyze high-level needs and develop requirements management schema and attributes

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

• Proficiency in generating DXL scripts for DOORS data manipulation

• Extensive DOORS scripting experience and experience improving DOORS database performance are strongly desired
