IDR is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist for one of our top Healthcare clients in the Rochester, MN. Responsibilities for the Senior Marketing Specialist:

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing activities to ensure alignment with Mayo Clinic's mission and strategic business objectives.
• Manage complex, cross-functional marketing technology projects from concept through execution, ensuring successful outcomes and measurement of results.
• Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies based on market research, target audience insights, and business needs.
• Provide expert marketing consultation to internal stakeholders and represent the marketing team on key institutional committees, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment..

Requirements for the Senior Marketing Specialist:

• Masters degree in a related field ( MBA Preferred) w/ 3 years of proffessional experience in marketing, or related field. Strong Academic Performance is required. 
• 4+ years of developing marketing campaigns, creating targeted segments and models, Design/Coordinate multichannel, multi-touch campaigns.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience setting up and configuring reporting systems, such as Adobe, Siteimprove,etc.
• 3+ years of experience with marketing automation. ( Includes understanding data, surfacing trends, and working with digital and advertising channels)
