• Lead product integration efforts, ensuring a seamless and cohesive customer journey
• Identify and implement enhancements to optimize customer experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features, requirements, and delivery timelines
• Manage the product backlog, aligning with business goals and maximizing customer value
• Develop short- and long-term product goals, leveraging data-driven insights to identify growth and improvement opportunities
• Advocate for the customer, prioritizing their needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations
• Coordinate with IT, operations, and support teams to ensure successful implementation of features and alignment with overall business strategy

Required Skills for Senior Product Owner:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role with a focus on customer experience and/or product integration
• Proven experience working in Agile environments, with a deep understanding of Scrum and related Agile methodologies
• Strong project planning and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and customer feedback to make informed product decisions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with integration processes and systems, digital platforms, and customer-facing applications
