IDR is seeking a Senior Manager, CEG Compensation & Planning to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in California. This role focuses on developing and managing compensation programs for the Customer Excellence Group within a dynamic, fast-growing organization in the technology sector.
Position Overview for the Senior Manager, CEG Compensation & Planning:
Serve as a strategic partner to CEG leadership, owning the design, execution, and continuous improvement of compensation programs.
Lead the development, modeling, and administration of incentive compensation plans for various roles within the Customer Excellence Group.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and leadership to ensure compensation plans are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.
Partner with sales compensation, digital technology, and other teams to ensure systems, tools, and processes support accurate plan execution.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on plan effectiveness, payout trends, and strategic opportunities.
Requirements for the Senior Manager, CEG Compensation & Planning:
8+ years of experience in compensation, sales/revenue operations, or a related field.
Proven experience designing and administering incentive compensation programs, especially for customer success or post-sale organizations.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-level narratives.
Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and senior leadership.
