IDR is seeking a Eligibility Specialist & Tester to join one of our top clients for a fully remote opportunity. This role is focused on functional testing and system support within a government-related project involving the Florida mainframe eligibility system. The organization operates within the public sector and is dedicated to improving eligibility processes through technology and system validation.

Position Overview for the Eligibility Specialist & Tester:

• Perform manual functional testing on eligibility systems to validate accuracy and performance
• Navigate and support the Florida mainframe system, identifying issues and inconsistencies
• Execute test cases and document defects, ensuring system functionality aligns with requirements
• Collaborate with project teams to support system validation efforts
• Provide insights based on prior experience to improve system accuracy and user workflows

Requirements for the Eligibility Specialist & Tester:

• Hands-on experience with the Florida mainframe eligibility system (must have worked in it previously)
• Strong manual testing experience in a functional testing environment
• Ability to navigate, troubleshoot, and support mainframe systems
• Deep understanding of eligibility processes, workflows, and case management
• Previous experience as an Economic Self Sufficiency Eligibility Specialist or Supervisor, or similar roles supporting DCF
