IDR is seeking a Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management Consultant (UKG Pro) to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Sacramento, CA. This role involves supporting enterprise-wide implementations and optimizations of UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions in a dynamic, workforce-focused organization. The position offers the chance to work remotely on impactful workforce projects that drive organizational success.

Position Overview for the Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management Consultant (UKG Pro):

• Support enterprise-wide implementations and enhancements of UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions
• Drive adoption of workforce management capabilities including timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, and labor optimization
• Collaborate with HR, operations, IT, and leadership teams to ensure effective workforce change adoption and sustainability
• Lead change management activities, stakeholder analysis, and impact assessments for workforce initiatives
• Develop and execute communication, training, and reinforcement plans to maximize workforce engagement and minimize disruption

Requirements for the Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management Consultant (UKG Pro):

• Hands-on change management experience supporting UKG Pro Workforce Management or similar WFM platforms
• Strong understanding of workforce operations, timekeeping, scheduling, and labor management processes
• Experience working with frontline, operational, and unionized workforces
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical system changes into workforce-friendly adoption strategies
• Experience with formal change management frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent)
