IDR is seeking a Continuous Improvement Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Houston, TX. This role is within the energy sector, supporting operational efficiency and incident management processes remotely. The position provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Position Overview for the Continuous Improvement Analyst:
Provide critical operational and administrative support to the Incident Management function.
Coordinate incident meetings, maintain documentation, and track action items across teams.
Support communication throughout the incident lifecycle, ensuring timely updates.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and preventive measures.
Collaborate effectively with all organizational levels and across departments.
Requirements for the Continuous Improvement Analyst:
A Bachelor's degree in a Business Administration related area, or 3-5 years of related experience
Proven ability to perform independent data analysis
Strong organizational and documentation skills, including managing action items, owners, and timelines
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in meeting summaries and incident updates
Proficiency in MS Office software and AI; SAP knowledge and certifications are a plus
