This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing the Asana project management platform, which is integral to the Marketing and Communications teams. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Asana Product Specialist:

• Manage and administer the backend components of Asana, including automation rules, custom fields, and task templates.

• Oversee the Asana architecture to ensure alignment with organizational goals and maintain platform hygiene.

• Conduct quality assurance checks and support ad hoc requests while adhering to governance and best practices.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for platform architecture and identify opportunities for process optimization.

• Support the development of Asana AI automation features to enhance efficiency and reporting.

Required Skills for Asana Product Specialist:

• Proven experience with Asana administration and backend management.

• In-depth knowledge of Asana's features, including rules, fields, forms, and reporting dashboards.

• Ability to facilitate complex, cross-functional solutions while maintaining connectivity and custom workflows.

• Familiarity with standard Marketing organizational structures and execution models is advantageous.

• Bachelor's degree required; additional certifications in project management or Asana administration are a plus.
