• Responsible for accurately processing complex gifts and pledges and completing adjustments received through philanthropic foundations.
• Updates biographical data in appropriate database and assist in coordinating and maintaining office activities related to the recording of gifts, pledges, resolving problems, and responding to a variety of inquiries from departments, and donors.

Required Skills:              

• Accurately processing complex gifts and pledges requires a high level of precision to avoid errors.
• Experience with updating and maintaining biographical data in databases is crucial.
• Ability to resolve issues related to the recording of gifts and pledges effectively.
• Strong skills in responding to inquiries from departments and donors, both in writing and verbally.
