We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join a dynamic Digital Workplace Team, focused on enhancing the end-user technology experience across the enterprise. This role will play a key part in supporting and managing modern workplace tools and secure endpoint environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage Windows 11 and macOS devices using Intune and JAMF

• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online

• Manage identity and access via Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)

• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting

• Package and deploy applications through Microsoft Intune

• Assist with Active Directory support and endpoint security policies

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or endpoint support

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, JAMF, and Entra ID

• Strong experience with patch management and device compliance

• Proficient supporting Windows 11 and macOS environments

• Solid understanding of network systems, protocols, and standards
