Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Business Systems Analyst II:

Assist in the technical execution and coordination of various projects, ensuring successful completion. Gather and document customer requirements through interviews and analysis to meet project goals. Utilize your aviation knowledge to identify and address project execution challenges. Adapt to a rapidly changing environment with agility and flexibility. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project integration and execution.

Required Skills for Business Systems Analyst II:

Proficiency in analyzing business systems and processes to identify user needs and document requirements. Experience with requirements documentation tools such as Visio, Word, Excel, and Jira. Strong understanding of project planning and execution, with tools like MS Project. Excellent communication skills, including presentation, facilitation, and negotiation. Background in aviation, preferably within an MRO environment, is highly desirable.
