• Performance, Scalability, and Security:
Lead design reviews to optimize for scale, response times, SEO readiness, and compliance with PCI/SOC2 standards.
• Collaboration & Leadership:
Act as the technical lead and mentor for engineering teams; collaborate with DevOps, Product Owners, QA, and UX teams to ensure architectural integrity.
• Onsite Engagement:
Work onsite in Atlanta with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions.
Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture with hands-on development background.
• Proven experience in e-commerce platforms, preferably multi-brand or white-label architecture.

• Expertise in ReactJS (componentization, SSR preferred), SpringBoot, and microservices architecture.
• Strong experience in Cloudflare setup, Redis caching patterns, and web performance optimization.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines for blue/green deployment (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Understanding of SEO, accessibility, page speed, and mobile-first design principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
• Experience with headless commerce, MACH architecture, or composable commerce patterns.
• Familiarity with observability tooling (App Insights, Azure Monitor, New Relic, Datadog).
• Experience with GraphQL or BFF layer in micro-frontend setup.
