Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Global Community Manager:
- Identifying conversations and trends that can serve as opportunities for our client to engage and support players across social platforms
- Collaborating with Brand, Creative, Editorial, Influencer, Social, and PR teams to elevate opportunities into player-first ideas and globally resonant activations
- Managing direct (public facing) communications with players and fans across our client's IP (Games, Music, Entertainment) and creating touchpoints that support our brand values and goals
- Working with our client's International community teams to identify and elevate local insights or content to global audiences, and escalate regional issues or player needs to internal global teams when needed
- This is a contract position through 12/19/2025
Required Skills for Global Community Manager:
- 3+ years' experience working in and managing online gaming communities - including social media, digital marketing, and influencer strategies
- Experience with community best practices and communication strategies
- Experience with social and sentiment metrics reporting and the ability to coalesce and summarize results and learnings for an executive audience
- Experience overseeing projects from kickoff to execution
- Experience developing custom community activations
