Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Director of Category Management: Accountable for leading and managing a team of category managers, who oversee a wider range of products within specific categories, focusing on the overall performance of the product group. This role includes product management duties, with a strong emphasis on supplier relations and negotiations. Additionally, responsible for providing training and product information to both internal staff and external franchises in the Automotive and Industrial sectors. Oversees the addition, prioritization, pricing, and sourcing of all products. Required Skills for AR Supervisor:

• Excellent leadership and motivation skills.
• Experience with legacy ERP systems or Oracle ERP.
• Experience coming from the maintenance, repair, and manufacturing industries, with a background in merchandising or retail.
• Has done Product Marketing, Purchasing or Sales
