Position Overview & Responsibilities for the Continuous Improvement Manager:
Spearhead cost-saving, time-saving, and efficiency-increasing initiatives within the Supply Chain organization
Collaborate closely with Plant Operators, reporting directly to the Plant Manager
Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency
Create monthly performance and success reports, making recommendations for areas of improvement
Required Skills for the Continuous Improvement Manager:
5-7 years of experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain Planning
3-5 years of experience building or managing a Continuous Improvement department
Advanced understanding of Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes, with a focus on inventory & warehouse management
Robust technical background (ability to read drawings, schematics)
