Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud and Genesys Engage platforms.
Proficiency in Genesys scripting languages such as GVP, GML, and CCXML.
Strong knowledge of API development and integration with third-party applications.
Experience troubleshooting complex issues and optimizing system performance.
Knowledge of contact center technologies, including IVR, ACD, routing strategies, and workforce management systems.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior developers.
Familiarity with cloud-based contact center architectures and best practices.
