Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Manager, Business Intelligence:
Lead and mentor a team of 25 Business Intelligence Analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Drive the development and expansion of Tableau-based self-service BI programs, delivering solutions that provide measurable value to stakeholders and end-users
Collaborate with Data Engineering and AI teams to implement a forward-thinking BI strategy that aligns with our client's business objectives and drives measurable impact
Provide hands-on technical leadership, stepping in to troubleshoot Tableau challenges and assist team members with complex projects
Deliver actionable reporting and insights to support company-wide decision-making
Required Skills for Manager, Business Intelligence:
Deep, hands-on expertise in Tableau, including development and troubleshooting
Proven ability to lead teams in a technical environment
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to engage in "keyboard work"
Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, or a related field (preferred)
10+ years of experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles (preferred)
