• Develop and deploy AI/ML models to power product search and recommendation systems across multiple international markets.
• Enhance the online shopping experience by providing customers with personalized and seamless recommendations throughout their journey.
• Contribute to the design and optimization of customer-facing, large-scale systems and services using advanced AI, ML, NLP, and algorithmic methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning to integrate innovative techniques into project solutions.

Requirements:

• 8+ years experience working as a Data Scientist or Senior Data Scientist, preferably with expertise in AI/ML, NLP, or recommendation systems.
• Strong skills in building, training, and deploying machine learning models at scale.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, optimization techniques, and large-scale system design.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time to Sunnyvale, CA, for client meetings or presentations.
