We are seeking a Production Designer to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will support the creative team through the entire creative development process, including technical production, timely execution, and serving as a functional production designer for various design projects. These projects include marketing collateral, advertising, presentations, publications, and event-related materials.

You will collaborate closely with creative and production leads, print buyers, and operations teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery of materials. Your ability to manage complex design requirements and handle rush requests will be essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the creative team with the design and production of marketing materials, presentations, event collateral, and publications.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (creative leads, production, print buyers, and operations) to ensure consistency and accuracy across all materials.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and technical requirements are adhered to.
  • Handle last-minute rush design requests with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) to produce high-quality designs.
  • Proficiently work with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Apple Keynote for presentation design.
  • Serve as a production designer, ensuring the smooth execution of design projects from concept to completion.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Production Art, Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in production design, with a strong focus on print collateral, event-related materials, and marketing assets.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and skilled in presentation software (Microsoft PowerPoint, Apple Keynote).
  • Previous experience with invitations, event materials, or print collateral is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the design and production process, from conceptualization to final output.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
