Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8-10 years experience with Dynamics 365 CE

• Expertise in security models, workflows, plugins, and CRM administration

• Hands-on experience with C#.Net, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK

• Experience with SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, and data integration tools

• Knowledge of Azure services and DevOps pipelines

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Power App portals

• Unified Service Desk (USD) customization, configuration, development, and deployment

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 migration and environment configurations
