We are seeking two mid-level Frontend Developers to join our team to build modern, user-friendly frontend experiences for new and legacy applications. This is a hybrid role requiring one onsite day per week in a brand new office located downtown Nashville, TN!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain React-based frontend applications with a focus on modern hooks patterns.
  • Collaborate with UI designers to convert "dev-friendly" designs into functional interfaces.
  • Interface with REST APIs to connect frontends with API-driven backends.
  • Enhance and maintain legacy applications where needed.
  • Utilize CSS frameworks (SCSS/Bootstrap or Tailwind) to deliver responsive and polished designs.
  • Write and maintain clean, testable code using tools like React Testing Library and Jest.
  • Optimize development processes using tools such as ESLint, Prettier, and Vite.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure the consistency of development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Frontend Technologies: Strong proficiency in React with hooks. Familiarity with legacy technologies like HTML/CSS/jQuery and Angular is a plus.
  • JavaScript/TypeScript: JavaScript is required, and familiarity with TypeScript is a strong bonus.
  • CSS Frameworks: Experience with TailwindBootstrap, or SCSS is essential.
  • API Integration: Proficiency with REST APIs.
  • Testing: Familiarity with React Testing Library and Jest.
  • Strong understanding of the modern JavaScript ecosystem.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with C#/.NET backend systems.
  • Experience with legacy frontends (HTML, CSS, jQuery).
  • Prior exposure to design systems and close collaboration with UI/UX teams.
