Permanent & Fully Remote opportunity for an IT Project Analyst to join industry leading company in the Ambulatory Care sector. The IT Project Analyst will join a Project Management team responsible for Site Relocation initiatives.   *This role is Fully Remote* *Paying up to $85,000/yr* Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Project Analyst:

• Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of project tasks
• Identify and mitigate potential schedule and resource constraints
• Communicate effectively with Facilities and General Contractors to ensure IT site readiness
• Monitor the submission and completion of internet circuit installations
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Coordinate with external vendors and contract resources
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports and plans
• Track device procurement and delivery
• Develop and maintain a dynamic issue list

Required Skills for IT Project Analyst:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Analyst, specifically supporting IT projects
• Proven track record of supporting projects to specifications, dealing with challenges such as cross-team dependencies, changing priorities and schedules, and evolving requirements
• Site Relocation experience is highly preferred
• Skilled in handling daily project tasks and deliverables
• Comfort in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment
• Experience or exposure to project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Airtable
