IDR is seeking a Power Apps Developer to join one of our top clients in a fully remote role, preferably in the Eastern or Central U.S. time zones. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on automation expert to lead and build advanced business process automation solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and Azure.

Position Overview / Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain automation flows using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop)

• Build Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven) for end-to-end workflow enablement

• Integrate and deploy using Microsoft Azure Logic Apps or UiPath

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to offshore development teams

• Assist with DevOps, pipeline builds, release management, and infrastructure coordination

• Apply AI integration via Azure OpenAI or UiPath AI in automation use cases

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on automation development experience

• Expertise with Microsoft Power Platform, Logic Apps, and/or UiPath

• Strong PowerShell scripting skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure PaaS configuration and services

• Experience with Agile, change control, and production support

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Logic Apps and Python

• Familiarity with AI-powered automation design and deployment
