Position Overview for the Payables Specialist:

• Manage the accurate entry of invoice data into accounting systems.
• Validate data and detect errors to ensure accuracy in accounts payable processing.
• Utilize dual monitors and data entry skills to efficiently handle high-volume transactions.
• Maintain high attention to detail throughout all tasks.
• Support the company's financial operations with a focus on data integrity.

Requirements for the Payables Specialist:

• True AP experienced candidates only
• HS diploma or GED
• Data validation and error detection/correction
• Accurate entry of invoice data into accounting systems
• High attention to details
