IDR is seeking a Digital Merchandising Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Bolingbrook, IL. In this role, you will support the Digital Merchandising team in executing online merchandising strategies that create a seamless, relevant, and easy-to-shop customer experience. This position sits within a fast-paced retail/eCommerce environment and partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure digital event and landing page experiences are delivered accurately and on time.

Position Overview for the Digital Merchandising Specialist:

• Support the planning, build, execution, and maintenance of digital events in partnership with the Digital Merchandising Event Lead
• Build and update event pages and featured landing pages within a Content Management System (CMS) based on merchandising strategies and business priorities
• Coordinate deliverables and inputs with cross-functional partners including merchandising, digital product, creative, design, and development teams
• Perform detailed page proofing and quality assurance across content, product setup, pricing, promotional messaging, imagery, and links
• Assist with event launches and post-launch validation, escalating issues quickly to protect the customer experience

Requirements for the Digital Merchandising Specialist:

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in digital merchandising, eCommerce, or related roles
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining pages in a Content Management System (CMS)
• Strong proofing and QA skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Microsoft SharePoint experience is a plus
