IDR is seeking a People Specialist II to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you will provide advanced HR shared services support, responding to complex teammate and leader inquiries while delivering an exceptional service experience. Position Overview for the People Specialist II:

• Provide advanced support for complex, escalated HR inquiries from teammates and leaders across the organization.
• Research, document, and resolve cases related to People Services topics such as benefits, compensation, talent management, and learning support.
• Partner cross-functionally to solve issues efficiently while maintaining a high-quality teammate experience.
• Serve as a subject matter resource by coaching, mentoring, and supporting Tier 1 specialists to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, self-service content, and AI-assisted tools to enhance service delivery.

Requirements for the People Specialist II:

• 2–4 years of experience in customer service, HR support, or HR shared services environments
• Proficiency navigating HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) to research and resolve people-related inquiries
• Experience using case management tools (ServiceNow preferred) to track, document, and manage complex cases
• Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, or train peers and stakeholders
• Advanced critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize workload independently with sound discretion
