Position Overview for the Customer Service Sales Specialist : The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day accounts receivable operations of a rapidly growing company in a fast-paced environment. This position will report to the Accounting Manager and will work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to achieve department, company, and personal goals. Required Skills for the Customer Service Sales Specialist:

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Sales Support
• 2+ years of experience leading teams in a customer service/call center environment
• Prior experience working in with CPG in supply chain for eCommerce/Pharma/beauty/wellness
• Experience with B2B and B2C business models
