IDR is seeking aIT Support Specialistto join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Atlanta, Georgia. This role supports the legal sector by providing technical assistance, focusing on applications and end-user device management. Position Overview for the IT Support Specialist:
Serve as the first point of contact for IT requests and manage ticket triage.
Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and device-related issues.
Deploy, configure, and maintain standard desktop and laptop images.
Collaborate with IT teams and end users to ensure secure, reliable device support.
Assist with user training and documentation to promote effective technology use.
This role is intended for entry-level to junior-level candidates.
Requirements for the IT Support Specialist:
High school diploma with at least 1 year of experience in a help desk, support, legal assistant or similar role.
At least 1 year of recent relevant experience in IT desktop support.
Experience supporting users in a legal environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and enterprise software deployment.
Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and end-user device management.
