Position Overview for the Physical Release Coordinator:

• Coordinate the collection and organization of assets required for preorders and new music release setups
• Manage physical supply chain processes to ensure timely distribution and availability of music products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline catalog reorder procedures
• Oversee catalog reordering tasks and maintain accurate records of release assets
• Support administrative functions related to physical product releases and supply chain activities

Requirements for the Physical Release Coordinator:

• 1-3 years of physical supply chain experience preferred, not required
• 1-3 years of music industry experience preferred
• Strong organizational, administrative, and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
