Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant (Accounts Receivable):- Oversee Accounts Receivable functions including vendor, customer, and banking responsibilities- Handle general ledger entries, reconciliations, and account analysis- Manage grant tracking, submittals, and intercompany invoicing- Familiarize with enterprise zone certifications and renewals- Proficient in billing, posting, and sales tax reporting- Understand property tax AP posting and processing- Support financial system training and process improvementsRequired Skills for Staff Accountant (Accounts Receivable):- 5+ years of experience overseeing Accounts Receivable functions- Experience with system integration: POs, inventory, intercompany transactions, and projects- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy- Construction or Telecom industry experience is preferred- Bachelor's degree or degree in accounting highly preferred.
