Position Overview & Responsibilities for the Lead Full Stack Developer:

• Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of software systems, ensuring high-quality, testable code.

• Manage and guide the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and collaborate with offshore teams.

• Utilize SQL Server and .NET Core to build robust web-based applications.

• Implement testing platforms and write unit tests to ensure code quality.

• Work in an Agile environment, contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Required Skills for the Lead Full Stack Developer:

• 7+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.

• Proven experience leading small teams through full-stack application builds.

• Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, and Java, with experience in REST API development.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
