Martech Project Manager

Ongoing contract (Client maintains right to hire after 3 months though rarely exercises this right)
Location: Lebanon, NJ
C2C Pay Rate: $85.00

Key Responsibilities:

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics with stakeholders.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, resources, and timelines.
Lead cross-functional teams across marketing, IT, analytics, and vendors.
Ensure timely delivery of integrated Martech solutions within budget and standards.
Provide stakeholder communication, status updates, and issue resolution.
Manage dependencies across Martech tracks including CMS, CDP, lead management, and marketing automation.
Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years in Martech or digital transformation projects.
Proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira).
Strong understanding of Martech platforms and integration workflows.
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and dependency management.
