Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Engineer:

• Provide technical support and innovative solutions to optimize manufacturing processes.

• Monitor and analyze quality discrepancies, identify trends, and implement corrective actions for field complaints and defective parts.

• Act as a liaison between the Design and Manufacturing teams to ensure seamless operations.

• Utilize SolidWorks or similar AutoCAD software to support design and manufacturing initiatives.

• Apply knowledge of fabrication, machining, and standard manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills for Manufacturing Engineer:

• Proven experience in the manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of assembly, machining, and fabrication.

• Proficiency in SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma and continuous improvement.

• Engineering degree is strongly preferred.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work onsite in Byhalia, MS.
