IDR is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join one of our top clients in Brentwood, TN. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator:

  • Provide department support for standard operating procedures, processes, file management, and financial reporting.

  • Manage construction files in accordance with our client's document retention policy.

  • Coordinate and assist in the reconciliation and closure of financial and administrative documents.

  • Track vendor proposals, invoices, pay applications, change orders, etc.

  • Collaborate with internal/external team members to support the collection and administration of various project-related documents.

  • Prepare, submit, and track requests for primary and supplemental funding of project budgets.

  • Assist in the bidding process, store walk and warranty process, collection of notices, store construction document storage, new store address verification, etc.

  • This is an onsite role, requiring 5 days a week at our client's location.

Required Skills for Project Coordinator:

  • 2+ years of related business experience in roles such as General Accountant, Project Admin, Project Coordinator, Admin Assistant, or similar fields.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, construction, or related field preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, Word, Teams, Outlook, etc. with expert knowledge of Excel.

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and construction terminology.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels.

  • Ability to function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
